Chris Han serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cannon Health, where he works closely with the COO to drive business growth, align with company values, and achieve the organization’s strategic vision. As a key leader, he provides guidance to Cannon Health’s Board of Directors, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. Chris also represents Cannon Health both internally and externally, strengthening community connections and advancing the company’s mission.
Chris joined Cannon Health in 2013 as a pharmacist and has since become an integral part of the organization. Before joining Cannon Health, he served as a pharmacy manager and business partner at Target Pharmacies. With over a decade of pharmaceutical expertise, business management experience, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Chris leads Cannon Health with a focus on innovation and care.
He earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Davidson College and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Wingate University’s School of Pharmacy.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his two daughters and exploring Charlotte’s vibrant and evolving food scene.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cannon Health, Paul Mastroianni plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s vision, mission, values, and growth goals. Collaborating closely with the CEO, Paul oversees all headquarters operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, marketing, human resources, real estate, compliance, social outreach, and patient advocacy. He also serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors, represents Cannon Health to investors and service providers, and acts as a Trustee for the company’s 401K plan.
Paul joined Cannon Health as COO in 2018, bringing with him over 30 years of leadership and executive financial expertise. His career includes executive-level roles at companies such as IBM, Citicorp, ITT Corp, and Marsh & McLennan. His extensive experience and strategic insight have been invaluable in driving Cannon Health’s success.
He earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys quality time with his family, bonding with his dog, and unwinding by the water with a fishing rod in hand.
